TERMS, CONDITIONS, POSTAGE AND DELIVERY TERMS: We endeavour to carry all items in stock but occasionally, in the event of being temporarily out of stock, we reserve the right to use our balanced judgement to send the majority of the order to our customer. We will try to contact the customer to advise by email or phone and may possibly be able to offer a substitute item. The outstanding item will be sent on as soon as restocked. All items ordered are non-returnable unless damaged in transit and must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. Nor will we accept exchanges. We reserve the right to modify prices, images and any special offers without prior notice. We do not give any warranty or guarantee over the descriptions given on this site, which have been provided by the suppliers or manufacturers. It should also be understood that in some cases slight modification/change in colour, shades and appearance can vary in photographical reproduction and therefore we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. All items will be carefully checked prior to sending. We reserve the right to refuse any items returned to us without our prior authorisation or knowledge. ADVERTISING: Please note that we cannot guarantee the accuracy of any images of dolls that have been submitted by third parties for display or advertising on our Adoption Nursery or Newborn Gallery, that they are a true likeness or that their details are correct. It is therefore up to anyone enquiring to make their own enquiries and obtain their own satisfaction directly from the third party advertiser. No warranty is given by DollKits.co.uk and therefore any subsequent purchase will be entirely between the two parties and nothing to do with us. Anyone Advertising their babies on our Galleries do so at their own risk and we reserve the right to remove any Gallery entry at anytime without notice if we consider it appropriate and images will not be left on the Gallery indefinitely. Any photographs will not be returned unless a s.a.e.is provided. POSTAGE & DELIVERY: Postage is based on a percentage of the total cost of the order and is designed to cover the actual postage cost involvedto Mainland UK ONLY. This is built into the automatic calculation for online ordering and we therefore advise that you should check out the "delivery charges" for your individual order at "Checkout" before confirming acceptance. As previously mentioned all orders are non-returnable once payment has been confirmed and accepted by you. We are willing to send items abroad at the approriate shipping cost, which will be advised beforehand. DELIVERY: As far as possible, all orders will be despatched for nextday delivery. However, we cannot guarantee weekend deliveries, so orders sent out on a Friday may not arrive until the following Monday. Depending upon the size of the order, delivery will be sent by Business Post or the Post Office Special or Recorded Delivery, requiring a signature upon delivery. Very small items may be sent by ordinary First Class post. Please contact us for a cost quote to deliver larger orders or if your order is to be shipped outside Mainland UK. We will then email you with the shipping costs involved for you to decide before the order is sent. PAYMENTS: WE ACCEPT ALL MAJOR DEBIT & CREDIT CARDS , All you need to do is go through to the check out by placing your order online, you can pay by credit or debit card on-line through our secure server.The payment is not taken out by a third party and we will only take the payment out when the goods are ready for despatch or are on imminent back order. You may also pay via Paypal, so please just ask to make a payment through PAYPAL under the "Comments" section, when ordering on-line, although the Paypal fee will be added to your total charges. We do also accept Payment by cheque but this will require clearence before any goods are dispatched.
